    Although a great movie and continuation, I enjoyed the first much more than this one.
  • 9. Apocalypse Now
    Francis Ford Coppola is one of my favorites, and he makes a great movie here.

    Good movie. Definitely one of the best of the seventies.

    This P.I. detective style movie is very entertaining. Jack Nicholson is one of my favorites.

    Adrian! This is another great that defined an era of moviemaking.

    For some reason I really like this movie, but I can't quite pinpoint why. Sounds strange, I know.

    The biggest cult movie of all time and ingenious storytelling from George Lucas, "May the force be with you"
  • 2. Jaws
    This was a toss-up with Star Wars, but I chose Jaws. Really great movie, and quite spooky still today!
  • 1. The Godfather
    This is my favorite movie of all-time! What's not to love about it? Brilliant.
Keep in mind these are all movies I have seen. I'm sure there are others(The French Connection, A Clockwork Orange) that deserve a spot but I just haven't seen yet.

    Creates the comic book hero without flaws
  • 8. Carrie (1976)
    This movie makes me so sad. You really feel sorry for this girl. Sissy gave a great performance in this flick.

    Great movie. Jack Nicholson is amazing. Nurse Ratchet is such a bitch!

    Scared the crap out of me! Marilyn Burns is awesome at the end. SCARY AS HELL!
  • 4. Saturday Night Fever (1977)
    John Travolta is awesome in this flick. The dancing and music are outstanding as well.
  • 3. Grease (1978)
    Damn, what a good year (1978) John & Olivia are THE best onscreen couple. Whenever I see this on stage I think they are nothing compared to John & Olivia.
  • 2. Animal House (1978)
    Classic! Hilarious! John Belushi at his best. Sums up college perfectly.
  • 1. Halloween (1978)
    My favorite movie of all time! Jamie Lee Curtis is flawless in this as Laurie. I love you Jamie. And, Michael is the ultimate serial killer. I like horror movies with more suspense than gore, and this is it!
