OMG I had on of these with the battleship! I loved this toy! Thanks for making me remember this from my childhood!!
Wow.. we had 2 of these. We loved to set them up just so they would barely overlap and then run them in tandem and try to keep them from crashing.
I had this as a kid,spent hours with the barrels trying to balance them on boxes whilst hovering,it was a piece of toy history in my books,Wish it was brought out again,even at my age I'd go and buy it!!!!.
Alan, these re called Vertibird. Look them up online. Ebay has them and I've even seen them at Target in the not too distant past.
This was by far the best toy I had. I would kill the batteries every week I used it so much. If I could find one today I would buy it.
