Description
Shaped like a pistol with a large opening at the end. I think that you somehow cocked it to pull air into the membrane, then when you pulled the trigger a blast of air came out. Pretty cool.

we were playing with these in a local Kresgees (sp?) when a friend of mine snuck up behind an older women and blasted her wig...we were thrown out of the store and told never to return (back in the store a week later) ...funny then (mean now)

Found an ad for this item in a Krofft Supershow comic book dated Jan., 1979. Ad claims the Air Blaster range is up to 18 feet, and comes with a space ship target that "jumps" when shot. Other new Wham-O toys in the ad are for a Foam Frisbee, Track Ball (a twisted tennis game), and Fluid Fantasy, which is sort of like a lava lamp.
