Description
plastic & metal horse with springs on feet and between front & back legs, so you could actually ride it around, albeit rather clumsily. It was the best! (probably a deathtrap, so discontinued)

I rode this toy when I was young but I have to say though it might have looked good, it was the most retarded (get nowhere) apparatus.

My younger brother had this in 1974. Us older siblings never let him have much time on it. Poor horse was always getting a ride around the house! I want the one that Kevin James has. How can I get that from you?

I ALWAYS begged for a "real" horse so my mom bought me a Pogo Pony for Christmas instead. I picked him up and balanced his legs on top of two desks, climbed up on the bunk bed to get on top of his back, so I could immitate the height of riding a real horse. He slipped and kicked out a window! I don't know where my Pogo Pony is now...but I loved him!!! I think there are far more dangerous toys, than him. I would give one a good home if someone would sell him to me.

I got one of these for some gift giving event when I was about 4 yrs old. It took my grandfather 3 hours to figure out how to put the whole thing together correctly, but once her did it worked awsome! At first I could only make it gallup backward, but eventually learned how to move with it right. I kept that horse for my daughter, but it was eventually stolen off of my front porch when I lived in Poway. I would really love to get one in good working order...

I acquired one of these little horse's and I found that it had been put together wrong it's entire life. I feel that I'm mechanically minded and I found it difficult to set it right. So I can relate to many of parents that were staying up on Christmas's of the past, losing sleep while trying to assemble the Pogo-Pony! But they are cute!

I did HAVE real horses, but LOVED my Pogo Pony! I rode him all over the pasture. Maybe those who thought they were retarded just did not know how to ride! :-)

I still have my Pogo Pony. I named him Max because the sticker on the Pony's butt said Maximum weight 75 lbs. It took me forever to figure out how to ride it but when I did, I never wanted to get off. We went to Florida one year from Pa. in a Winabego and I made my dad tie it to the rear bumper like a bicycle. We got a lot of laughs from truck drivers on the way down! My Pogo Pony is in my attic now. I love that thing!

I have an aunt that lives in San Francisco, and she's gonna mail me my very own spring horse. It is a Clip-Clop horse by Wonder. I'm really anxious, and I'm still waiting for the day thay he arrives in the mail, along with a video of me getting my poopy Pampers changed when I was 2 years old. I will watch TV and play thw Wii on my horsey, and lots of other fun stuff!!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!
