I STILL HAVE MINE. I GOT HER WHEN WE LIVED IN KOREA WHEN I WAS ABOUT 3 OR 4 YEARS OLD. I HAD NAMED HER "FAT BABY". SHE IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE MY FAVORITE DOLL.

I was born in 79 and this was actually the first doll I ever had. I still have her and she's in great condition.

I have been looking for another Beth doll as mine was ruined by my babysitter. She thought it was a good idea to put her in the washing machine! Anyone know where I can find another?

I still have mine however she is missing all clothes and she looks pretty rough. My sister had one as well and in was always like new. She didn't play with dolls like I did. My mother actually called me today and said one of the grandkids had cut beths hair. I thought my mother was going to cry. These were the first baby dolls we'd every gotton. I've searched ebay and havn't seen one on there. good luck

I got a Baby Beth doll for Christmas from my mom in 1977, before my parents divorced...it was my favorite baby...I thought she would be alive one day because of the love I gave her...then one fateful day I left her at my mom's home and her cruel landlady, Sandy, gave all her (and my) belongings away to a charity. I thought I'd die! Well, six years later I went to a flea market 400 miles away and found her...with the same markings of grape jelly, red nailpolish and cut hair...thank you God...for working in mysterious ways! REAL STORY...and I still have her on my bed. I'm 39 years old now but i don't have a daughter to hand her down to. So she is the little girl I never had. And the most precious baby doll, in my opinion, ever made.

I had this doll and she went everywhere with me. She was my favorite of all times. I wish I had her now. I wore her out. Trust me, no one would have loved her but me.

Its so funny to read how many people still have their baby beth doll. I still have mine. I'm 33. For as long as I can remember her hair has stuck straight up on end and her clothes are long gone. I love my baby beth doll. She is totally special to me like no other toy I ever had.

I am now 30, and still have My Baby Beth doll. I called her Kathy. She has all her original clothes, but years of manicures and makeovers have made her worn. Her hair has always stuck out, like a little blond afro on her. I will never give her up!

I still have mine and it's in pretty good shape minus the clothes. Reminds me of the good ol' days

I still have my Baby Beth. My uncle gave her to me for Christmas. He died when I was 6 so the doll is really special to me. Last week I cleaned her body and her shirt with OxyClean. She looks almost new. You can barely tell I had gotten lipstick on her shirt at one time.

Oh how I loved my Baby Beth. I still have her and the two My Friend dolls (Mandy and Jenny) that I got around the same time.

My family immigrated from Mexico in 1983 and couldn't afford much when we arrived in the U.S. My mother actually found My Baby Beth in a dumpster in an alley, after dropping me off at school. She washed and cleaned her, and gave her to me. I remember she used to take me to the thrift stores often and I'd buy used baby clothes for her with quarters and dimes. Despite the fact that I had many NEW dolls after Beth, she remained my favorite. I still have her today at the age of 30 and will never part with her...because I love her, and because she reminds me of my humble, yet very happy childhood.

OMG! I'm 37 and still have my Baby Beth doll, she is the BEST baby doll EVER! She survived a trip through the washing machine. When my daughter was born 10 years ago, I found her a Baby Beth for her very own in an antique store. Baby Beth is great, she doesn't eat, drink, cry, or poop, she just looks at you! Which is fine by me, I will NEVER part with her, over 32 years later. They need to reproduce her.

I am 36 and I still have mine. My daughter (who just turned 2) saw her in my closet and now takes her everywhere. Beth's hair is a mess and her body is a little misshapen, her original clothes are long gone and half of her fingernails are "painted", but my daughter and I love her still. She is beautiful to us. :)

I remember when I got Baby Beth for Christmas when I was about 2 yrs old. She came with a pattern and my mom made her little jammies and a dress. I took her with me everywhere. Her original clothes are long gone, but she has a little ruffled baby's dress and stays in a special spot on my dresser. And, no, I haven't grown out of her yet! =)
