Description
The ring was silver colored and had a clear round, flat-glass center in which you looked into to see what your mood was. It was rather like looking into a crystal ball. If the crystal was blue you were peaceful, or if it was yellow you were more tense. There were many colors and the paper it came with told what the colors meant. We figured out that it worked by how much heat you had in your hands which does coincide with stress. However, eventually the ring would fade and be useless, so I kept buying them.

i had several over the yrs-which almost always turned to dark blue-as did everyone elses.i think it was mainly changed by body warmth.once mine turned yellow for a little while but i was nervous about getting a shot at a dr appt. i was at!
they were awesome then and are awesome now! A ring with attitude!
