I had one of these guys when I was a little girl. I think he was the best toy I ever had...to this day! Unfortunately, my step-father threw him away when we I didn't clean my room to his satisfaction. I'm putting a brand new Alvin on ebay tonight. His box has some writing on it because I was so happy when I bought him for myself I put my name on it. It's been in the box ever since, never having been played with.

I had an Alvin the aardvark as a child and it was on of my favorite toys. My parents were in the Air Force and we lost in in one of our moves. I would love to have one to share with my boys. I showed the the commercial from 1978 on YouTube and the love it. I decided to look them up after a tip at the zoo when my boys were watching the aardvarks and didn't want to leave. At that moment I remember I had an aardvark toy as a child and told them about it. We would really love to have one. I don't care if it has a box or the directions. All I want is the aardvark with the two ants. It doesn't have to be in perfect condition but it does have to work so we can play with it together.
