Description
I seem to remember cookies in the shape of various toys. I believe they were made by Sunshine.

I loved toy cookies. They came in shapes of a Drum, a Car, a Ball and the most popular Zeppelin. Tasted great and fun to look for your favorite "toy".

Toy cookies were around in the 1950's and 1960's. They were similar in color and taste to animal crackers.

I used to eat these at my grandmothers who lived in Washington DC. This was back in the 60"s! Where have they gone? They had the best taste! I'd love to get some of them for my own children to taste!

If Sunshine would reintroduce Toy Cookies today, they would probably replace Oreo as the household favorite...they would in my house.

I loved Toy Cookies. They were my absolute favorite. As silly as it was, me and my brothers used to fight over who got the Clock because there were usually so few of them in the box. LOL

i went looking for them yesterday while in the south, as i never saw them in NY, and couldnt find them. So i guess they are discontinued. Damn! I raved about them to my daughters; but it looks like they'll never experience them. My fave was the block. I also like the big round vanilla cookies made by sunshine. Are they still around?

I loved those toy cookies as a kid..when my daughter and son were younger, a Giant brand food store in our neighborhood sold them in the "bulk" section - in barrels you could scoop out the amount you wanted. this would have been around 1995 or 96 I think. Then, the cookies disappeared - and soon the bulk section did, too. That was the last time I ever saw those toy cookies.

OH how I miss toy cookies, especially the Blimp! were they discontinued or what? I'm 55 and im pretty sure I havent seen them since the 70's. I would give anything to share a box with my kids and grandkids!

I loved Toy Cookies too - I heard that Keebler bought out Sunshine and discontinued the cookies, and HiHo Crackers, which were similiar to Ritz. I would love it if they brought both of them back

Just discovered a replacement with the Toy taste: Doria Zoo animalia from italy, from my Italian grocer. They come in a bag. Close your eyes and remember your toy cookies!!!!

Nobody mentioned the doll shape. As a young girl growing up in the 60's she was my favorite. I loved those darn cookies!

Always had little boxes of these cookies in our Christmas stocking. Hated to eat them because I loved the way they looked, but knowing how good they tasted always won out. Wish we could still get them.

I could never decide which I loved better as a kid in the 70s, Toy Cookies or a box of McDonaldland Cookies from McDonald's, they were both so good! I wish they would bring them both back so I can decide...

As a little girl, I loved that little box of Sunshine Toy Cookies. The best taste! I wish another company would bake them and sell them again. My grandkids would also love them, too.

I'll never forget that box of toy cookies that my sister and brothers shared. We would each take turns picking out a separate cookie. I think I remember the blimp as one of the prized cookies. They were so good. Didn't need any frosting or anything like that. They were perfect as is. I would love to see these brought back. I can still remember the taste. Have not found anything that comes close to those cookies.
