This was my favorite soft drink as a kid. Better than Pibb xtra or whatever it is called now!

Pretty much tasted like Doctor Pepper. Haven't seen a can of this since Junior High, about 1975.

Pibb Xtra is essentially the same, but has more caffeine and has corn syrup in it instead of regular sugar. I last saw Pibb in cans about 10 years ago, while it was still called Mr. Pibb. This beverage is still available as a fountain syrup, but is not often found, even in convenience stores. Lastly, some Coke vending machines, some Wal-Marts, and many Dollar Tree stores still sell it, and I pick one up whenever I see it available and I can afford it.

I seen some Mr Pibb not so long ago. It is rare to find it but it does exist. I think Andria is right to say that Dollar Tree and some WalMarts have it. I haven't seen it as a mainstream drink for years.
