I called Nabisco once and a phone rep. denied Nabisco ever making them. If enough people called and made a request, I bet they'd start making them again.

HEY! i remember those-they were the BOMB! as for neil's comment-neil im sad to say that many times i have contacted companies to ask them to bring back a food product(usually after checking out this site)and they all give some lame excuse of why they arent going to bring the product back.but i say we NEVER GIVE UP!

From Memphis, I, too have been looking for over 7 years for any good info on the Heyday. At the USPTO website lists the cookie bars as being invented in 1912, trademark was retired in 1973. I found a Nabisco employee who never heard of Heyday. The real disappointment is the fact that all foods trademarked (and are in the active status)in the U.S.A. must have a extremely detailed desrip.& all the exact ingredients as well as the unique process by which the food item is made, even baking temps and times. It is only by this method that the USPTO can police the food industry and assist(and prosecute) commercial copycats. Just lookup the "OREO" at the U.S.Patent and Trademark Office site or on the Gov't website "T.E.S.S." assist. Help me if you can, Bill Boyd

I remember and totally loved the Heyday. A freind of my parents use to have them at their yearly picnics. I asked her about them a couple of years ago and she said they were made by Stauffer Biscuit here in York PA. I hope this helps

I loved Heyday bars! I wrote to Nabisco and they said they didn't have enough demand for them, so stopped making them. They were sooooo good!
