Fresca was a sprite-like pop in the '70's, Fresca still is available (at least it is in Michigan)...

I remember a commercial where fake snow was blowing from a christmas tree. anyone remember this one from the late 60's early 70's?

I remember the commercial you mention, although I don't specifically remember a Christmas tree, I remember a grove of pine trees -- this would have been late '66 or early '67. It was my favourite pop for awhile, and I think it had a lot to do with that commercial. Fresca is grapefruit flavoured, and is easily available in Canada. My ex-wife used to make this thing with lime Jell-O and Fresca called Fresca salad.

Does anyone remember the Fresca commercial that ends with the guy telling the girl "Francine, I'm renewed"?

I think there was a series of the "Francine, I'm renewed!" commercials. The one I recall best is the guy and his girlfriend, Francine, are outside with him in a convertible, out of gas, and Francine behind the car pushing. He pops a Fresca and gives the tagline while she is doing all the work and doesn't get any refreshment.

My favorite Francine commercial was when her boyfriend had to sit and watch Francine play several sets of tennis and she got him a Fresca to soothe his agony. After 50 years I decided to quit sugar in my pop andwas drinking diet dew. I found they still make Fresca and switched. I wish I could find all those old Francine commercials on the web somewhere.
