I remember Chipsters very well. They came in a white box like for cereal and the picture on the front was a family of four in a hotair balloon. I loved them. I wish they were still around. Everytime I try to tell my husband about them he looks at me as if I am making it up. Now I can show him they were for real.

I remember chipsters! I used to love those things! Everyone I mention them to looks at me like I'm crazy, because they have never heard of them. I wish they would bring them back!

There is a story that a company in Europe makes Chipsters now. The company is Belin. I am anxious to see if this is true.

Chipsters were my favorite! I wish they were still available. Mmmmmmm. Were they not in a red box in the mid-70s?

Yep you can get Chipsters in most stores in France. Was working in France for a while and used to come back several pounds heavier after a Chipster excursion. You can but them online from NED - in fact I have just ordered 48 boxes - should keep me going for a couple of weeks:-)

LOVE Chipsters, I get them whenever I go to France (about every other year). I would like to ask Darren for the web address of that NED store, so I can order some too.

Chipsters are made by Kraft foods -- I just bought some in Italy (Cipsters, the 'ci' makes 'ch' sound) and they are amazing! Am writing Kraft to bring these back to the USA.

I just found chipsters on the internet, and that is not the way I remember them. they were about the size of a corn curl but yellow and thin and long. they did not look like a regular potato chip.

I've been searching for chipsters FOREVER! The closest thing I have come across that tastes anything like them at all was a vegetable chip in a bag. (Sorry, can't remember the brand name). I remember them as being a yellowish, oval-shaped chip about an inch or so long. I was so surprised when I just happened to think about looking them up on the internet and found other people just like me.

Chipster's were made by Nabisco. They came in a box. The best chip ever made. Nabisco has discontinued these and have no plans on bringing them back. I wish they would. I can almost taste them. And Darren please post a link to NED website.

A couple of nights ago I was watching the Food Network channel where they had a story on hard to find foods that weren't available in the supermarkets. Chipsters wasn't mentioned but I am quite certain that it would still be availble. I rememer Chipsters as a kid and I loved them and I hope I would be able to taste them again
