I used to think Tahiti Treat was sooooo good. Then they brought it back for a while and I tried it. It tasted like pure sugar syrup. Although, they do have it in a hard candy which is quite good.

My grandmother ALWAYS kept at least a 12-pack of this stuff in the "utility fridge" for us grankids. Fresca too. Now you'd have to put a gun to my head to make me drink that stuff. Ahh memories...:)

I LOVED TT. Used to get a can for the long drive home from Hampton Beach when I was 16. (And even then - 1975ish - it was hard to find.)

They still make Tahitian Treat. Kroger stores in the Detroit area carry it. The thing I loved about was that it wasn't as heavily carbonated as most sodas. I don't drink it now but I sure loved it when I was a kid.

Used to love this stuff until I found out the reason it was so sweet was because it contained anti-freeze
