I love these shoes. All the kids in the neighborhood made fun of my blue hightops, I think mostly it was because I was a girl. These were so fun, since you had such a large area to put graffiti on. Once I think I wrote Pat loves Johnny on them only later to scratch it out and write Pat loves David. LOL!

I find it pretty immature (and somewhat ironic) that you're calling a shoe style "gay." Perhaps trying to draw attention away from yourself..? In any case, I actually have five pairs of these today. Black high-tops and black low-tops, a pair of black low-tops with cherries and flowers on, a hot pink pair and a lime green pair. They're very easily my favorite shoes and they're completely timeless. There's nothing that doesn't match black Converse! [:

I enjoy a pleasant midnight snack in front of the fire while i read modern poetry. Also i like to fish for trout and cook them inside of my hot steaming bathtub and read acrhie comics.
