I had this doll and i loved her she was one of the best presents i had as a child,my toddler brother dropped her down the stairs and broke her in half,i was so upset!!!! About a year ago my husband started talking about some toys he had when he was a boy and it made me think about tracy so i got to work and found out the maker and the year she was made after searching for some time i found one for sale in england and to my amazement she was new in the box!!!!!!! so of course i kept an eye on her (she was on ebay!!) and bidded at the last minuite and won her!!!!!!!i was delighted but of course my children couldnt understand what all the fuss was about!!! She is safely under my bed in her box (exept when i feel like a play of course!!!)I maybe 42 but still a child at heart.

Oh my! I thought I was dreaming about this existence of this doll! I remember my parents got her for me then she disappeared! If I recall, I think she was defective and they returned her (no others were available). My parents have no recollection about this doll, but I sure do! Must have been 3 or 4 at the time! I will have to keep a look out for her. You never know.

My grandmother sent me this doll when she found it in England (my name is Tracy). When cleaning out my Mom's garage, there she was in her box with her tea pot, table and cups. I remember how she poured her tea. She looks great despite spending the last 20+ years in a garage!

I never had one but we girls do love our dolls! They created special times for us as children. Have you seen Toy Story 3? Watch the movie.

I still have my Tracy's Tea Party in the original box, all her clothes in perfect condition. Last time I looked (about 30 years ago) she might have been missing a plate! Aaahhhh now I want to get her out & have a tea party :)

ow wonderful to see all these lovely comments about one of my favourite dolls. I begged my parents for this doll and there she was under the Christmas tree. What wonderful memories and 40 years later I still have her. She is so pretty, I always wanted my hair to look like hers lol. Thanks to all the grown up girls who have shared the same memories on here.

I too was given this doll as a little girl. I really loved her. She fit right in with our famiy tradition of having tea in the afternoon and herbal at night. I wish I still had her for my little girl to play with. I had a friend who didn't have very much and I actually gave it to her because she really didn't have a doll of her own. Dad was furious, but Mom beamed that I would give such a doll to my less fortunate friend.

I bought mine when my daughter Tracy was born in 1970. It still resides in the box, having never been removed or played with, as daughter Tracy turned out to be Teddy Bear lover, and not interested in dolls.

My next door neighbour had her and I remember she brought her in for show and tell to the whole school! I've always wanted one as I thought she was so pretty and clever and I have just acquired one from EBay! Unfortunately her little teapot is broken and she's misssing a cup, but I don't care sometimes you have to wait a long time til you get your favourite toy and it's come just as Christmas ;0) Happy times xx

I had this doll, she was my favourite toy. Just seeing the photo above has brought back so many memories. Sadly I decided to cut off all her hair. I don't know what happened to her but I would love to own one again to give to my 6 year old daughter. I would have been the same age when I had mine.

Awe this brings back great memories as I had one of these dolls and kept filling my teapot with water and giving it to my gran when she came to visit. Always wondered why she kept running to the toilet every 5mins haha great loved that doll was only about 5 or 6 when I had her but still remember her like it was yesterday.... im now 45 so what does that say. Never knew what happened to her though, shame. My daughters would have loved her too as they are 4 and 6.

I have also just bought one that I found on ebay. The best toy ever. I'm now 51 and have many fond memories of playing with her when I was a child.

I have thought about this doll off and on for years! I received her as a Christmas gift. I believe she didn't work so my parents said she had to be returned for a new one. They were unable to get a new one. It was very sad for me as it was a BIG deal to get her then I never got to play with her. I didn't get a lot of new toys so I think that is why the sting has stuck with me for so long.
