Description
It was a doll that was similar to barbie, but stood approx. 14 inches tall, and when you turned her head she could have blonde or brunette hair. She had a sparkly dress.

I had a Tiffany Taylor doll that I trulu loved as a kid in the 70's. She was what I wanted to look like (of course that never happens-ha ha)! She was "The" disco queen who could change her look from a hot blonde to a sultry brunette with a twist of her scalp-ha ha! You can find her on ebay if you look sometimes at a reasonable price.

I forgot to add that maybe a year or so after Tiffany came out so did a smaller version of her in Barbie doll size....named Tuesday Taylor. I had both but prefered Tiffany. Its funny but my sister who grew up and had daughters named one Tifani and the other Taylour...isnt that strange!

My Mother would not buy this doll for me becasue she said the doll looked like a cheap hooker! I thought she was cool becasue you could change the hair from blonde to brunette, I played with my friend's doll instead...

My mother bought me a Tiffany Taylor doll for christmas the year that they came out. I loved that doll. I remember sneaking under the xmas tree and carefully opening the gift and taking her out to play with when mom was at work and my sibblings were asleep. I regret giving her away to a friend when we moved from Denver back to Boston. I want so badly to have this doll again.

I Have ALWAYS wanted a Tiffany Taylor doll. We could not afford one when they came out. Now with ebay, I may get one after all these years. I love how she could go from blonde to burnette.

The Tiffany Taylor was probably the most beautiful doll ever made. Her face was like a young Pricilla Prestley. I had the black versions of Tiffany and then Tuesday Taylor. Instead of blond and brunette, they had red and brunette. Her clothes and shoes were seventies chic. I can't think of any doll from the past or present that could compare. Like a dummy, I gave my collection of treasured dolls away to someone who didn't appreciate it. I'd really love to have my Tiffany Taylor back again.

I remember part of the lyrics to the Tiffany Taylor commercial but have alwasy wondered what the full song was. It began- "Tiffany Taylor, she's what you want her to be, pretty brunette , blonde as can be......

I got a black Tiffany Taylor for Christmas when I was 9. I remember at first being a little upset b/c the black one had brunette and reddish auburn hair, and didn't look like the one in the TV commercial at all. But I grew to love her. Today I have 2 white ones (one has hair issues), and now would love to have a black one! LOL! There are commercials on YouTube, but I remember a slightly different version of the song and wish I could find it.

Thank GOD for the Tiffany Taylor doll. I was suppose to be born in February 1976 and up until Christmas of 1975 my dad wanted to name me Elizabeth Taylor and call me "Liz". Then they ran across the doll and since my last name was going to be Taylor I guess it was meant to be. THANK GOD!!!!!
