Description
I believe these were made my Mattel and you would lock the shifter on the top rear of the car in place while winding the motor mechanism by placing the car on the floor and pulling it backwards until it clicked. Once it was completely wound up, you'd flip/flick the shift lever with your finger on the back of the car and the wheels would release and the car would glide across the floor. These were the same size as a regular Hot Wheels car and moved pretty fast. I had two of them, and think I may still have one that works that my 4 year old son plays with now.
