Description
Little fluffy white dog with a lead. It walked and at the same time lifted its head up and yapped. Hope someone remembers its going back a bit for me.

Carol McKay, you are not mad. Wanda did indeed exist. I had one in the 70's. The doll is long gone but it was only a couple of months ago we were having a clear out at my parents and I found the white wand! I waved it around a few times and cast spells on the family before it was thrown away forever in the bin!

Following my last comment, I'm not as sure it's the same dog. It's much bigger & the lead with the "buttons" is attached to the dog so a child actually walks the dog. It does the same things tho - walks with 4 legs, yips, moves its head & tail. And looks exactly the same but with more detail, being bigger. Still researching.
my wife has a penny puppy walker 100% mint, never ever taken out of its box. and its not for sale.-- sorry.
