Description
This was a green plastic "paddle" that you held up in the car window to communicate with people in other cars. You held onto the handle and could flip the cards that said things like "HELLO", and "SMILE". I remember having lots of fun on long trips with this one! I can't find anything about them online - do you know about them?

My friends and I use to have a BLAST with paddle talk in the 70's. Some of the flip cards said You're Cute, I Love You, Wanna Talk?, etc. I was just telling my teenagers about this tonight. I found a similar item on ebay and bought it just now, but the handles are black instead of green and the sayings are totally different. I told my kids that they could create their own cards for it if they wanted to. Cool memory!!

My sister and I are the only members of the family who can remember these fun toys. We played with on the highway from Montana to Florida in the late 70's. wish I could find a set for my kids.
