I have to thank my Mom for getting me into the Adventure People by Fisher-Price. I got my first set of the of The boat (blue base w/white top) Yellow people male (named Bill or Will by F.P.) and female (Mary named bye F.P.) pair with yellow sea sled, dolphin, scuba tanks and skis with toe rope. I believe this was a birthday present. I don't recall asking for certain things at all, I know I wrote letters to Santa so I am sure I did. I also knew money was tight. However I got several of these sets, the van with motor cross set up (Green van), Orange Jeep with Tent, Submarine with Helicopter, the Orange Plane, The Rescue Helicopter (orange), Many Extra people and a few mini add on sets. The last set I got was the Alpha One Space Shuttle set. I also added a Tonka Air Plane which had a figure line similar to the F.P. Adventure People. I used to play with them and have my 30" Mattel Shogun Godzilla attack them and then later I got a Mattel Shogun GaiKing to protect my adventure people. I also had a few micronauts that helped my Adventure people. These are still at my Mother's house.
