Description
I am not sure of the name- I remember it was a plastic shaped cone about 11 inches high. Similar to the orange rubber cones used on street repair. It had two metal wires that extened from the top- which rotated around the top after winding a key on the side of the cone. the speed was determined by a red plastic rectangle about 2" wide by 1 inch.It could rotated up to slow it down by wind resistance or made level like an airplane wing to go faster. You would then jump over the wire as it passed under your feet.if anybody knows the correct name please e-mail thanks
