Description
these's cars ran off of a small electric dc motor. they were very fast and they came with this huge fat track that sat at the both ends of the oval. this toy was made by mattel and it's only draw back was that you didn't control the action, like with the AFX racing set that was made by auroura.

I remember the cars performing erratically, but the track was very useful for other Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. Very large track. The rubber bands on the back which held it together were difficult to put on.

I remember these well, I received the set for Christmas in 1969 or 70 One of, if not my favorite Christmas gift of all time. I am reminded every year when my Daughter and I watch a Christmas Story. For that gift was most certainly (My Red Rider BBgun).
