Description
It was a rubber/plastic bald troll like creature with crystal eyes, nose, and tooth. It had a lightbulb inside and lit up. The commercial was something like "Loony lights, loony lights. They're silly little creatures, you'll love them day or night. A nose, a tooth, and eyes that light."
