Description
I HAD a Hi Dottie doll, but memory is different. My doll had a guitar and a tiny record player in her back. She came with little 'records' and one the record was on the player, she would strum the guitar and sing! I LOVED THAT DOLL! Is it the same doll or am I thinking of another toy?!

Your note here about the record disks rings a bell, but not necessarily with the doll I recall as Hello Dottie (though it may have been Hi Dottie). Mine came with two phones, one for me and one for the doll.

Hello, The doll with the guitar may be Harmony. She came with an amplifier that hooked into her back and played records. She was tall, with frosted hair, maroon sandals and a long pink dress. The amplifier was maroon and the records were little white plastic discs. They also had different outfits that you could purchase. She was made by Ideal and sells on Ebay.

Hi. I remember Hi Dottie...or I thought I did. I just looked on ebay for the Harmony doll and that could be her. I don't know if Dottie had an amplifier, and I think she actually "sang" with the records. I like that Harmony, though. I may have to get that to help my memory along...yea that's the ticket! LOL
