You can get a newer version at Toys R US. I had one myself and had loads of fun chasing my little brother on his Big Wheel. My setp father got rid of mine after I broke my brohters Big wheel, when I went off a curb and the back wheel broke off. Ehwn I did Security for a Mall I will not name the Toys R US on property was cleanig out all the old inventory and dumpster diving I found 2 Newer Versions of the Green Machine and savaged them both. Threw one away as the big wheel in the front was bent beyond repair but I still have the other one and all I need is pedal for it and then I am going up to the park not far from where I live and am going to ride like a 40 yr old kid. Some day I plan to enter the Big Wheel Green MAchine race In San Fransico that is held every year on the S Curve road from the top of Visiters hill I think. Cann't wait.

Great fun, until the plastic bottom of the shifter broke where it connected to the rod. Completely useless and irreperable after that.

I bought two of the Huffy Green Machines used, I widened the rear, rebuilt the axles and installed rubber pneumatic tires with metal wheels. I stripped of the plastic body parts to make it look like an adult machine, my wife and I use them as fun exercise trikes. When I feel like doing spins I just drop in the old axle with the blow molded wheels. As my wife is 5, 4", and I am 5' 6", they are reasonably comfortable and hold my 180 pound body weight just fine. Awesome fun, look on your local Craigslist, thats where I found mine ranging from 25-40 dollars.
