There were two different Flintstones board games. The first was by Transogram from 1962 (pre-Pebbles and Bamm Bamm), when the characters were drawn more roughshod. Milton Bradley came out with a board game in 1976. There also was a card game called Flintstones Animal Rummy by Ed U Cards in 1966.

It took awhile, but I did come across another Flintstones board game. From 1971, Milton Bradley released the Messed-Up Vacation game. Similar to the Partridge Family game, the first player to reach home won. A simple game aimed at kids. Pebbles and Bamm Bamm were still babies in this, only months before they grew into teens in their own cartoon show.
