Description
A small plastic flat doll witch was bendy. "Real" hair available in different colours, painted face with large eyes. Could be used as a book mark as she was so flat.

In about 1972/3 my son, aged 2 or 3 wanted a doll. My husband wouldn't hear of it. So I bought a flatsy doll for him which he could hold in his hand without being too obvious - he loved it.

It was Christmas Eve and I was in bed with the flu. Every year my cousins were there for our small party and I couldn't play. I remember my sweet mamma coming in the room and bringing me a wrapped gift. I opened it and it was my first flatsy. She had long dark silky hair with big blue eyes. That made my evening!
