Description
Basically a modern day attorneys dream toy. It was a bb gun with the handle sticking out of a clear box. You could shoot in the box at a bell, some duck targets and other stuff. The plastic bax was angled so the bb's would recycle and fall back to roll into the bb gun.

This was a Marx favorite. Made from 1965 to 1970, it was a big seller. Batteries were needed to power a motor for the duck target. Other targets included a clown head on a spring, and a lion's mouth. The gun was self-reloading. The game sold for six dollars at first, going up to nine by 1970.

From the Saturday morning cartoon vault: Version two of Electro Shot Shooting Gallery TV commercial which aired on the "Casper the Ghost" cartoon show over ABC (1/29/66). The original ad said "brand new," this one did not.

There's a YouTube video of this toy in action, "MARX Electro shot shooting gallery 1972 tv commercial." I got one in Christmas of 1973, and it was really fun.
