I actually still have mine!!!!!! I've been looking every where online just to see if its worth anything. Its much larger than your typical spring riding horses. My brother was going through my grandmothers attic and found it. Its in good condition but the wooden handle bar is missing (that was through big birds ear) . Next time I'm back over there I'll have to take a picture so I can post it.

I have what sounds like the same Big Bird. It was purchased in 1986 & looks new. I too have tried to find one through ebay, etc,etc., with no luck. I too would like to sell mine, but have no idea of the value. Sesame Street wouldn't answer.My email is l.dilk@comcast.net. I can send email photo. I even called the main ebay headquarters. they searched & said that they have never had one for sale.

I bought my older daughter one of the same back in 1983-84. She would ride it for the longest time, sometimes falling asleep. I would love to be able to purchase one for her again for when she has children. I have photos of her on big bird & she has spoken about it many times. I beleive we donated to the church we were going to at the time. So if they still have it, it would be well used. Please let me if your are still willing to sell. I live in MD. I believe we bought one for my daughter in 1983, We got it as a store called Murphy Mart, at least I believe that is where we bought it. I am so glad that I have finally found a site that others are talking about it too. I am looking for one to purchase and I haven't been able to find one anywhere let alone even get a picture online of the toy. I was hoping to get a picture if anyone has one they could email me that would be great. I wasn't sure the maker or anything and I believe I got that info now through the others that has emailed here. Does anyone know if the toy has a tag with info on it that they can take picture of or email me any information that is on the toy. I thought it was made by Sesame Street but again, could never find it online by that maker. We paid roughly 60 dollars for the toy . It was so original and now I wish we had never sold it when she quit riding it as she got older. She now has children of her own and I would like to find another one.
