Adele Davis, in her book "Lets Get Well" gave the recipe for "Tigers Milk". The name was copyrighted. She later sold the name to a concern and changed the name to "Pep-up", This is her recipe, that I have been using for some time. This is it: 1 cup milk 1/3 ripe banana 1/4 cup milk powder 1 or 2 tablespoons brewer's yeast (1 tbsp if you are not used to the taste of the yeast) 2 tablespoons wheat germ Mix milk and banana in a blender, and add the yeast, wheat germ, and dry milk. That's all there is to it. It has a pleasant taste. This is about 40 grams of protein, with minimal calories. I could replace breakfast. It could use a little more fiber.
