I remember having that in the U.K. in the early 90's. Yum. Grapefruit soda is also available in Japan, but with a different name.

I remember Wink as my dad worked for Canada Dry at the time it came out. They had a promotional blow up doll called a Wink Gink and my dad had brought them home from work for us. Canada Dry had the best soda flavoers on the market!

Wink Grapefruit soda was so sour...it tasted great! First available in 1964, Canada Dry promoted it heavily for years. By 1975, the ads, and the drink, were gone.

I had my first taste taste of Wink in 64 at the NY Worlds Fair, waited in a very long line with the catchy tune playing on a loop, over and over! Loved the taste!

I had my tonsils out at Mass. General back in '64. When I woke up there was a Wink Gink bobbing it's head next to my bed. It was a family joke for years!

In 1964, Canada Dry sold Wink in solid steel cans, requiring an opener. Got one? They're worth $40 if clean and rust-free.
