Description
Another candy bar to come from the origional version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was Whispa. It was a very unique texture (kind of dry) whipped chocolate covered in milk chocolate. The closest thing today is 3 Musketeers, but the taste and texture of Whispas were way way better and totally different. In 1993 I found some being sold at Banks outlet store in Minneapolis, MN. I have never seen them again. They were great!
