I LOVE Unos. I used to get them when I was little. Now whenever I find them I buy a case of them. I still Love them!! They are hard to find now.

They quit making the mint version of the U-No candy bar a few years ago. The decision was obviously made by morons. Look at today's marketing strategies involving popular food items. Can you imagine a Cherry U-No? How about orange, lemon, lime, pina colada, tropical flavors....anything that goes with chocolate! Mindless corporate leadership strikes again.

Uno is the ULTIMATE delicacy for the true chocolate lover! Yes, I dream in chocolate but not just any chocolate. It must be from the Annabelle Candy Co---not Nestle's, not Hersheys, or Ghirardelli's. Not even See's can match the smooth, silky taste of a Uno melting in your mouth.....

Hey, i am from Australia, i had the opportunity to try a mint flavoured (is it pronounced oo n- on or you - no) bar and fell in love with them on one of my visits, upon returning after a year or so, i could not find them any where, i managed to find some left in a store, but they told me that that had been discontinued, now i just order a box online every now and then and have them sent to Australia, they really are like nothing else, i hope Annabelle never goes out of business.

Still buy U-No whenever I see it in the food mart at many gas stations. I love the fluffy and light texture. When I was around 10, I was at a YMCA camp and everyday we ordered snacks. One of the counselors asked me what I wanted and I said, "U-No". She scowled at me saying, "I don't know! You have to tell me what you want." LOL

Does anyone remember a candy bar similar to U-no but came in a gold wrapper, I believe. I think it may have started with the letter M. I am trying to find that candy bar. I thought it was smoother than the U-no. There were no nuts in it.

i see the many comments on the tragic dissapearance of the mint u-no bar it is a sad time we live in when the treasured candy bar of my childhood is gone i just wish the company would still sell them to folks on their web site at the very least

I have been in KY for many years now, and "U-No" bars are one of the 3 big things I have missed. My family is gone now; I was SO knocked out to find them online. Now, where did the "GO" bars go? Didn't Annabelle buy that one? Same outside choc as U-No, and thinner, with a fantastic green gel inside, mint. Oh my. I think the GO bar was also in silver wrap. So, from kid to adult, the taste never fades (or at least not for this adult). Not too sweet, very light, very adult candy. The perfect candy.

Does anyone remember when Annabelle made "Butterscotch flavored Rocky Road Bar"? They were made in the 1970's & 80's.

Does anyone remember a candy bar that was wrapped in silver foil like the Uno bar but had a gel on the bottom. I want to say they were called Baffle bars but could be wrong since I can't find mention of them anywhere. I'm sure they were made by Annabelle.

BI-rite and Red Apple has UNOs. They are supplied by Weiser Candy Company in Weiser, Idaho. I'd love to get some mint ones; maybe someday they'll reintroduce them.

My local Rite-Aid sells U-NO's. In fact, they're the only store for mile that has them. They were out of for about two weeks earlier this month & I was worried they were gone for good. They are my favorite. Along with Violet Crumble, that is, which are getting harder & harder to find in the San Francisco area. The only place I can find them is a few Mollie Stone's markets, One in San Carlos. And maybe one Lunardi's in Burlingame.

U-No candy bars can be found on Amazon. A box of 24 sells for $20.They were made from the 1920's by the Cardinet Candy Company until they sold out to Annabelles Candies in 1970. They have been my favorite candy since 1950 at the theater
