MY cousins got these last summer once.I didn't. I got very mad and wouldn't stop talking about them so the next day my parents got me one so I would shut up. I got in trouble two days later because of my cousins getting them and not me. Blame the Slurpees!!!!!

These are still available at 7-Eleven stores, which are the only place they've ever been available. The things that Olympianbabe referred to might be the ICEE, which is still available at many Burger Kings and is not only similar to the slurpee, but the same thing, except licensed to 7-11 and with fewer flavors. I use Coca-Cola slurpees when I have an upset stomach, and that happens to have been a remedy for upset stomach in my family since kola syrup became very hard to find.

Those things ARE Slurpees because the logo was on my cousin's cups.
