I'm pretty sure these were the ones made by Borden's, found them in the refrigerated section. If so, they were the best and one of my early age addictions. They tasted like cold melted ice cream. I'd kill for one (or at least a picture).

Borden made two variant products aimed at competing with Great Shakes. First was Milk Shake in a Can. TV commercial aired on the daytime pop music show, "Where the Action Is," over ABC (5/17/66). Second was Frosty Shakes, a powder mix, from 1968. Shake in a Can was exactly that. You had to chill it, then shake and serve.
