These Went Through a Big Change In The Late "70's" Early "80's" As The Florescent Dye Used To Make Them "SCREAMING" Yellow Had To Be Removed As "Toxic" In Large Amounts And A Possible Carcinogen.
I still see these around sometimes. I just love the name.
