Description
Came in a small rectangular box with a pink elephant on it. Essentially it was candy flavoured popcorn, dyed bright pink. I always thought it was hideous tasting.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Winnipeg Beach and Lucky Elephant popcorn.Eating it on the trainride going to the beach, on the roller coaster, on the boardwalk,in the bumper cars, sitting on a pony under the roller coaster, and on the beach. A very rich experience.Hot dogs and Coca Cola. The parents stayed all dressed up in their summer finery only to be attacked by fishflies and mosquitoes. I could go on and on and on and on.................Thanks for the memories Lucky elephant!!!

You can still get this stuff. I tried it recently and it brought back memories alright... of how bad it really is. We used to buy it as kids because it had better prizes than Cracker Jack... but we usually threw the popcorn away.

The prizes, it was all about the prizes. For a while they had little plastic animals that would walk when you pulled them by a string. I would kill for one of those....

When I was 4 years old my dad would take me to the store once a week after barn chores to get a box of pink elephant popcorn. It was our special time together for a special treat. .

My Mum is Canadian and I vist my Gramma and Grampa's farm every summer until I hit my twenties. I have very fond memories of pink elephant popcorn and I could only get it once a year. I really liked the flavor and the prizes were awesome compared to the Yankee Cracker Jacks!

My mom, who is in her 70's had a pair of binoculars that she got as a prize in a box when she was a child. At the time she was disappointed cause there was hardly any popcorn in the box. Wonder what these would be worth today? I would imagine that she still has them.
