Description
They were "regular Snickers shape" bars that were chocolate covered "air". The inside was some sort of malt type crunchy nugut that I would give anything to track down. Any suggestions?

I LOVED these! The commericials with the 2 girl cows in hula skirts dancing were hysterical.

I found them being sold in a video store about 7 years ago. They were being made by a different company but still tasted the same. Then they disappeared again. The movie theatres used to sell really big ones frozen. They were the best

I remember these, too. We could get them frozen at our public swimming pool. They were a very popular Halloween treat in the early to mid-70s. They went off the market for a bit. I think Hollywood made them, and I think there was some sort of urban legend about rat hairs being found in them.

I loved the milkshake and the butternut candy bars. They were the best. I sent a message to Hershey's, and am waiting on response, as I found out they have all the Hollywood Candy company recipes etc. I asked them to bring them back.

I remember every Friday night,(late 70's) going to the roller skating rink and buying a Milk Shake candy bar. When I would take my younger sister, she would also get one. The two of us were hooked on them. I don't remember buying them any other place. It just made skating lots more fun!

I remember stopping everything I was doing just to watch the commercial and would be in heaven when I bit into that thing. Delicious!! I'm still looking for them to see if they are made somewhere

I remember all of the above! We use to go to the Kraft Grocery Store and get them frozen on a stick every day! Unbelievable that they even thought of discontinuing them! Suppose we could all petition to get them back? Hmmmmmmmmmmm.... Yummmmmmmmmm....

Milkshake Candybars were the best! So sad they don't make them anymore - all others pale in comparison! My brother once found a warehouse that still had a case of them and bought it for me :-) That was the best birthday of my life!

Last one I had was 1993. Wonder who owns the rights to the recipe! They were good frozen or in the fridge too! Don't know why I thought of Milk Shake today? Wonder how to bring it back?????

Regarding Lea's comment. I remember the rumors about rat hairs being found in them back in the 70's. I never believed them, but I always checked when I bit into one!
