I remember eating it once in the early '90's. It was a gumball with powder inside that would make your mouth foam like a rabid dog once it made contact with your saliva. The reaction was so powerful, the fizzy foam would actually "spew" out of your mouth in the color of the gumball. The reaction was like the warhead fizz candies, but much more intense.

The Sherman Confectionary Company of New Orleans made this gum in the early 1990s. Target customer base was young Gen-Xers. One of those categorized as an "obnoxious candy" with a hint of the old Zotz candies of the 1970s. One prototype wrapper had an angry, rabid cartoon dog pictured.

I had this candy sometime around 1994. It was at a convenience store and they came individually wrapped for sale.
