Wow... great memory! I always remembered these yummy pumpkin seeds, but not the brand. Indian Head was it. They had enough salt on them to melt your enamel. Why don't they sell these at Halloween anymore? A box of pumpkin seeds and a wax harmonica meant Halloween for me. Oh... and the smell of burning leaves.

Since 1935, the Zenobia Nut Co., Bronx, NY, has sold Indian Pumpkin Seeds. I know, it ain't PC, but it's still around. Zenobia is known as sellers of gourmet nuts. Specialty is pistachio.
