Always hated the commercials for this and never ate the cereal.
You missed out, then, because the cereal rivaled that of Cap'n Crunch. Excellent cereal and great in-the-box prizes!
I still have the magnets too! This cereal didn't stay on the market too long from what I remember. I thought the name was: "Grins and Smiles, and Giggles, and Laughs." I didn't think Cecil was in the name of the cereal, but I do remember there being a character associated with the cereal by that name. I have no idea how I ended up with the magnets since I was the youngest of four!
