They're baaaack! I found 'em a few months ago at a local ice cream shoppe (spelling intentional) and I was ecstatic. Have also seen them at Cost Plus. My brother just bought some at Walgreen's. The company bought the rights from Ghirardelli (not Hershey's) and they are in Fresno. Pester your store or theater to carry them! http://www.flickscandy.com/

I loved these as a kid, we considered this "good chocolate". It was like a jurassic park kiss, and there were like 15 in the tube.

Yes, they were great, even though they were pretty waxy. This was probably done on purpose so that they wouldn't melt in the tube. They definitely wouldn't melt out in the sun as quickly as a Hershey bar.
