I loved these little "Smarties" look alike candy! They were the best! I would love to find these (to prove to my kids that Fizzers were way better than Smarties)

I loved fizzers. I too think what a shame it is that no one makes them anymore. Everytime I eat a smartie, I think of how much better a fizzer would be.

I miss the fizzers with the heart shape on them too! They were my favorite and I've been trying to locate to share with everyone I know would enjoy them. They look just like the ones they sell for wedding candy

Fizzers! Best candy EVER! So many of my childhood memories involve this candy. Smarties taste like soap in comparison... Wish I lived in Great Britain. The Smarties people prevent Fizzers from coming to the US... So sad... It's really difficult to get them in to the states, but every now and then I can score some when I know someone who's going to England.

I too missed this wonderful treat so I searched the web and found www.candysweetstore.com. Located in the UK so I had some shipped to me and they are the real deal! I was very pleased to find them. However these came at a price...aprox 2LB $60. US for candy and shipping. Worth every cent!!!!

I am so glad there are people who remember these. They were the best. Better than smarties. Too bad someone doesn't come back and start making them again. I liked Zotz too but two different things.

Nan they still make fizzers you can order them on-line on Amazon.com although the shipping may be as much as the item. To me it's worth it though to go back in time You can also get Zotz at novelty candy stores. I have bought them in Kemah, TX and in Missouri.

I ordered these from Amazon (Dandy Candy) and they arrived in Pennsylvania from the UK in less than 1 week (order over the weekend, arrived the following Friday)! :) About $30-$31 for 100 rolls.

As child in the sixties, I remember chalky round cndy that were sold single in Clear wrappers. We would drop them in water and watch them fizzle. I believe they were called fizzlers. Does ny one else remember these.

I am really glad to see that fizzers exist. For one I thought I went crazy when no one and no body heard of them. For two oh yes way better than smarties. Will be getting me some! Does anyone remember the flat licorice rolls strawberry for sure but I think they had black ones too.
