I love these you still find them around sometimes. I know I broke a jaw tooth eating them. I remember when I was a kid they had a packet of seeds in them (a promotion) so you could grow this giant corn stalk at home. It had 4-5 seeds in it to plant. I planted that corn and it actually grew! It had really big ears of corn.

Melissa, I grew those seeds to in western oregon! They got very tall and ears started to form. Then a windstorm blew the stalks over. Very bummed but it was neat!

The best way to describe "Corn Nuts" would be to imagine homony (white boiled corn), seasoned with BBQ spice, chili spices, or a powdered ranch dressing mix; then baked or freeze-dried until all the water is taking out. That's what "Corn Nuts" are like. They're good; but because they're a little hard, they can easily chipped your teeth, casing tooth decay.
