Description
In your letter Cs category, you have listed Chocolate Elephants. You've listed the 3 flavors correctly but you listed the brand name incorrectly. It's called Toast'em Animals by General Foods Corporation. Thought you should know.

I remember Chocolate Elephants. They were delicious and had the face of an elephant cut into the pastry, tusks and all. The front of the box had a similar image of the elephant. You could cut it out and the side of the box folded out to create the ears. They disappeared and, alas, I had to switch to Kelloggs Frosted Chocolate Fudge Pop-Tarts, but they were never as good as Chocolate Elephants.

There's a link to a circa 1967 photo of a Toast-em Animals display on Flickr. Google: General Foods Chocolate Elephant

I agree completely with Richard Biever's last sentence, and am grateful that he reminded me about the box. I knew there was another thing which made the Toast'em Animals better than Pop-Tarts, but couldn't pull it out of my memory.
