Description: BELTS: knitted belts in polypropylene yarn (usually in sateen-white colour). They took inspiration from "macrame'" ojects.

Macrame-look belts were popular for guys too in the first half of the 70s. I had one with brown leather ends and a coppery-looking buckle, but the main part of the belt was a tightly woven, natural rope macrame. Wore it with jeans and a safari shirt.
