Used to make mine out of bandanas or an old scrap of fabric. A cute look and cost so little.
I loved halters!
Loved halter tops, and still have 5 or 6. Couldn't wear them to high school, but could at college. I wear them all summer nowadays, and they're great for showing off tattoos.
