w/ a K, Kork-Ease, came in styles timid [maybe two or three inches] to torrid [six]. i have also heard them called water buffalos--some, i think, either these or their doppelgangers were made of buffalo hide [water or not i do not know].

I saw a gal in gold cork ease shoes just the other day in front of pure food in nyc. I stopped dead in my tracks and asked her if they were in fact cork ease (my favorite 70's high school shoes) She told me she got them from Zappo's so I immediately ordered them.
